Production Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join the core team responsible for launching a new production line. The successful candidate will take full ownership of assigned equipment and processes, driving their performance and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Act as equipment owner, driving loss elimination through OEE improvement plans for assigned production machinery. Lead equipment fine-tuning, debugging, and process adjustments during commissioning and ramp-up phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean Management, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S
• Ability to read technical documentation, mechanical drawings, and electrical diagrams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistical data analysis
• Experience with 8D problem solving and Ishikawa diagrams
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and PFMEA
• Knowledge of fundamental project management methodologies
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary, cross-functional, and multinational environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
