Job description
Join our Americas Data and AI team and help shape the future of AI at Macquarie. This role plays a pivotal part in consulting with business units to identify high-value opportunities to adopt AI, incubating or prototyping AI solutions, uplifting AI fluency of the workforce and embedding AI capabilities across the organization.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-enabled optimization, incubate and prototype solutions from ideation through testing, and advise on scalable, secure, and trustworthy implementation practices. Design and deliver training, workshops, and hands-on resources to upskill employees while championing responsible AI use, experimentation, and cultural change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills complemented by effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management. Proven experience in process analysis and optimization, particularly in automation-, data-, or AI-driven transformations.
