
Job description
You will be responsible for growing the Property Finance lending book, delivering portfolio returns, and managing risk proactively. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes.
You will be involved in early-stage deal structuring with customers, referral partners, and internal stakeholders to create lending proposals. Your key responsibilities include preparing credit papers, pitch decks, financial models, and credit ratings.
Prior experience in real estate finance, corporate or leveraged finance. Ability to think laterally, quickly solving qualitative and quantitative problems as they arise. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders.
