
Job description
Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications & Engagement, you will lead strategic internal communications across our Personal Banking, Business Banking and Wealth Management divisions. You will shape the divisional narrative to elevate the division’s impact through group wide storytelling initiatives and rituals.
Design and write communications for all channels, including Slack, that are clear, efficient and impactful, whilst continually seeking to innovate and improve the delivery and experience of internal communications using the latest available technology and tools.
Significant experience in leading strategic internal communications in fast-paced environments, with a strong bias to delivery, a proactive, agile approach with a learning mindset, and an ability to build effective and constructive relationships, and collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
