Technical Business Analyst

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with an agile team to support the delivery of cyber security services. You will contribute to stakeholder engagement, support implementation activities, and help drive service adoption through analysis, documentation, and collaboration.

What You Will Do

You will gather, document, and clearly communicate business and technical requirements to a wide range of stakeholders, and identify process improvements through data analysis, automation, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst role, or relevant experience within cyber security, technology, or transformation programmes
• Foundational data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel, with exposure to SQL or similar tools being advantageous
• Strong communication skills, with a collaborative approach and a willingness to learn from both technical and non-technical team members in an agile environment
• An interest in emerging technologies such as automation and artificial intelligence, with a proactive mindset towards continuous learning and improving processes
