Superviseur Entrepôt - JOUR

We are seeking a day warehouse supervisor in Val-D'or recognized for their mobilizing leadership, organizational sense, and ability to optimize operations in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the operations director, the person in the position will be responsible for supervising delivery and storage activities to ensure efficient, safe, and customer satisfaction-oriented service.

Requirements

• University degree in operations management, logistics, or related field (asset)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in team management in an operational environment & unionized
• Experience in transportation, distribution, delivery, or warehousing (significant asset)
• Mobilizing leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment
• Analytical mind and orientation towards continuous improvement
• Good Microsoft Office skills
