District Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a District Manager for our Southern Florida portfolio of communities. The ideal candidate will have property management/retail or hospitality experience and be a motivational leader who is organized, results-driven, and passionate.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include developing business plans, driving occupancy goals, ensuring asset quality, achieving financial objectives, and overseeing personnel and resources within the portfolio of communities.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The successful candidate will be results-driven, have an eye for detail, and be able to travel 40% of the time. They will also have strong knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in retail, hospitality, and/or property management
• Results-driven with an 'eye for detail'
• Flexibility to travel 40% of the time
• Flexibility to work occasionally on weekends
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing Laws governing real estate sales and leasing management
• Proficient in computer skills and software, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and tasking skills
