Job Description
Provide L2 support for enterprise network devices, monitor network performance, troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, and implement configuration changes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with network devices (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, WAF, and endpoint security
- Understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, and IP addressing
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and dashboards (NMS, SIEM, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills
