Regional Management Trainee

Role Overview

As a Regional Management Trainee, you will participate in an intensive 18-month program where you will be exposed to new business environments, gain real professional experience, and develop to your fullest potential to become a business leader in the near future.

What You Will Do

You will be involved in job rotations, blended learning activities, management mentoring, corporate training, and special projects, and will have opportunities to connect with senior leaders, RMT alumni, and fellow trainees.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Successful graduates of the RMT program will be offered a landing role in the company and will have the opportunity to become Managers or Senior Managers within 2 to 5 years.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree (any discipline) with a good GPA
• Fresh graduates or have a maximum of 2-years working experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, drive to succeed, and proactive
• Passionate about the Supply Chain industry
• Good spoken and written English
