Requirements

• Knowledge and/or work experience in poke welding braze shims, braze alloy materials and application, induction brazing, manual hand cleaning of parts, and chemical conversion coating of aluminum and titanium.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge of WHMIS.
• Ability to work within specified safety requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to meet the visual acuity requirements specified in QSP 12.0 for Special Process Operators (chemical, painter, etc.).
• Ability to wear a respirator as required.
