Maintenance Supervisor- Electrical

Role Overview

Supervises assigned electrical and multi-craft maintenance technicians to achieve plant performance goals through effective problem resolution, labor utilization, repairs, and continuous maintenance improvements. Accountable for the safety of all employees for whom they are responsible.

What You Will Do

Completes responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Leads risk assessment activities, completes incident investigations, and implements corrective actions. Ensures the proper training and development of all assigned employees.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires at least 3 years in Maintenance and one (1) year in a direct supervisory role. Must have in-depth knowledge and experience of industrial electrical maintenance/engineering principles and techniques.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
• Six Sigma Black or Green belt (preferred)
• Professional certification (CMRT or other relevant certification) (preferred)
• OSHA 30 hour certification
• Certified or eligible to become certified CPR/First Aid/BBP
