Lead and manage customer success teams, develop strategic plans, and drive prospecting strategies. Work closely with functional leadership to drive business objectives and improve customer experience.
Monitor team performance, implement process improvements, and coach teams to perform duties effectively. Develop and implement strategic plans for customer success and identify areas for efficiency.
