Requirements

• Proven track record as a Solutions Engineer selling to enterprise clients
• Deep understanding of financial software, specifically financial reporting and EPM solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Working hands-on knowledge in an ERP such as Oracle, SAP
• Strong grasp of financial planning and month-end reporting requirements
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Ability to quickly connect product functionality to business outcomes
• Experience with insightsoftware products is a significant advantage
• Natural relationship builder with high integrity and business judgment
• Proven track record in consultative customer engagement, solution-driven problem-solving, story telling and handling customer objections onsite and during demonstrations
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a high-performance environment
• Comfortable with travel (up to 30% regionally) across the Gulf/middle East region and South Africa for client meetings and team interactions
• Fluency in English is essential, Arabic would also be highly advantageous
