COORDINADOR DE MANTENIMIENTO

The Maintenance Coordinator will propose and manage the annual maintenance budget, define maintenance policies and processes, and develop and implement life cycle management procedures for all new and existing equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
• More than 4 years of experience in similar coordinator of maintenance positions.
• Experience and knowledge of electrical substations, transformers, and distribution panels.
• Experience in medium and low-voltage maintenance, as well as air compressor maintenance.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical processes and products.
• Knowledge of PLC and ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Knowledge of OT.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance tracking, including downtime.
• Experience with LOTO, MTTR, and MTBF.
• Team management and personnel administration (vacations, time off, etc.).
• Experience and knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in English.
