Job Description
Serve as the primary HR contact for managers at the Trento plant, providing strategic and operational guidance on HR topics, collaborating with regional and global CoE teams, and maintaining a constructive and compliant relationship with the Workers Council.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in HR (HR Specialist / HRBP)
- Strong knowledge of labor law and proven experience cooperating with Workers Council bodies
- Experience working with regional and global CoE teams
- Fluency in English and ability to collaborate effectively in an international HR setup
