Job Description
Lead Maintenance Technician position overseeing and performing preventive and reactive maintenance duties for manufacturing operations. Priorities include management and execution of PM schedules, repair of equipment, and maintenance of spare parts inventory. 40+ hour work week, weekends as required, and on-call duties.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of relevant Lead or Supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer use
- Ability to Mig and Stick weld
- Boiler and Pipe fitting experience required
- Proven industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic skills including troubleshooting
- Ability to work, coach and communicate with all employees
- Understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 100lbs
