Clinical Instructor

The Clinical Instructor will lead the interview and selection process for CNA Training Program candidates and instruct the curriculum. This role involves teaching, mentoring, and facilitating learning within a supportive team environment, contributing to staff development initiatives. The position is part of an on-call rotation and focuses on providing high-quality senior care.

Requirements

• Current unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Maine
• Experience and/or training in instructional education
• Experience or training with and ability to organize, direct, and instruct
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Ability to understand and respond to resident needs
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Basic computer skills
