Job Description
Mainspring Energy is seeking a mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to join their growing team. This role involves performing service operations on generators, maintaining system uptime, and collaborating with engineers to diagnose and repair equipment. The company is revolutionizing power generation with its flexible onsite generator, and they are expanding quickly to meet global demand. Training is provided at their Menlo Park headquarters.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with mechanical assembly and/or repair.
- Experience with precision measuring, down to .001”, using micrometers, bore gauges, gauge blocks, etc.
- Experience with torque wrenches and documentation of repairs performed.
- Valid Driver’s license required; Class C Commercial Driver’s License preferred.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift to 50 lbs., and wear required PPE.
