MaintainX is seeking a Client Success Manager to manage a portfolio of $2M, including 200-400 small business accounts, and drive retention, adoption, and growth through high-touch, data-driven engagement and executive presence.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or client-facing roles
- Comfortable interacting with high-level decision-makers (C-suite, VP) in large organizations
- Experience using data and analysis to inform decisions, prioritize actions, and identify risks and opportunities
- Strong knowledge of Customer Success tools, CRM, and automation (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong)
- Experience in an industrial or operational environment (e.g., manufacturing, facilities, engineering, field teams)
- Highly organized, structured, and able to manage multiple programs and a large portfolio simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – you turn data into concrete actions
- Passionate about customer success and motivated by creating large-scale programs with real impact
