Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in client success in a SaaS B2B or software environment
• Strong experience in customer loyalty, with demonstrated results in retention and growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish
• Experience in product demonstration and engaging training
• Ability to quickly identify risks and propose effective solutions
• Analytical mindset and ease with data to improve the customer experience
