MaintainX is seeking a Product Design Manager to lead a team of product designers responsible for making complex workflows simple, intuitive, and increasingly AI-driven. The role involves defining creative direction, accompanying designers, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to ensure design contributes to business results.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of product design experience in B2B SaaS environments or enterprise platforms
• 1-3 years of experience managing product designers
• Excellent product thinking and solid design judgment
• Experience designing products for frontline workers, mobile environments, or offline use
• Knowledge of industrial, operational, or maintenance domains
• Experience contributing to a design system or its large-scale evolution
• Familiarity with AI-driven workflow design and rich data interfaces
