Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) – Professional Services

MaintainX is a mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. The company is seeking a Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) – Professional Services to lead a team of project managers and solutions consultants delivering professional services to their largest clients. The role requires 7+ years of project/program management experience and 3+ years leading a PMO or managing a team of project managers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project/program management experience in a professional services or consulting environment
• 3+ years leading a PMO or managing a team of project managers
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
• Proven track record managing multiple complex, client-facing enterprise engagements simultaneously
• Experience acting as an executive-level escalation point
• Fluency in the financial mechanics of services delivery: utilization, margin, forecasting, contract compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
