Sales Compensation Analyst

MaintainX is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to support the sales team by ensuring accurate and timely commissions. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with experience in sales compensation, finance, or data analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Finance, Business Technology Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any other related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales compensation, finance, data analytics, or a similar field in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce proficiency is an asset.
• Experience with commission automation software preferred; familiarity with CaptivateIQ is a plus.
