Sales Compensation Analyst

MaintainX is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to ensure accurate and timely commission payouts for their sales team. The role involves preparing commission statements, building compensation plans, and enhancing processes to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Finance, Business Technology Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any other related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales compensation, finance, data analytics, or a similar field in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce proficiency is an asset.
• Experience with commission automation software preferred; familiarity with CaptivateIQ is a plus.
