Senior People Business Partner

MaintainX is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to support its Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations organizations. The successful candidate will work as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing coaching, guidance, and insights to drive high performance, engagement, and scalable growth across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• CHRP designation is a plus
• Minimum of 4+ years in a people business partnership or advisory role
• Strong understanding of HR legislation and labor standards
• Advanced knowledge in key people practices such as talent and performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels, both verbally and in writing
