As a Cloud Network Operations Administrator, you’ll be stationed onsite with a federal client in Washington, DC, ensuring resilient network operations that enable mission-critical systems to serve the public effectively and securely.

What You Will Do

Monitor and tune the performance of hybrid cloud and on-prem environments to ensure reliability and responsiveness. Configure, manage, and secure network devices, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN components.

5+ years of experience in network engineering or operations supporting hybrid environments. Demonstrated expertise with Azure and AWS networking services and integration between cloud and on-prem systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or operations supporting hybrid environments
• Demonstrated expertise with Azure and AWS networking services and integration between cloud and on-prem systems
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VPNs, SD-WAN, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
• Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools such as Zscaler, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, or equivalent
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and connectivity issues
• Hands-on capability to perform limited physical support activities (e.g., cabling, equipment setup)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• U.S. citizenship and ability to work onsite in Washington, DC
• Eligibility to undergo a federal background check, including financial review, as part of client security requirements
