Product Manager

Make is the leading visual platform for designing, building, and automating anything without coding skills. We are looking for a Product Manager to join a team focused on observability and intelligence for Make.

Requirements

• Shape the product strategy and roadmap for observability and helping customers understand, monitor, and debug their business processes at scale.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve visibility into automation performance, health, and data flow across the platform.
• Lead the development of capabilities that connect Make to observability and alerting ecosystems
• Drive AI-augmented product practices across the team, accelerating discovery, synthesis, and decision-making
• Collaborate with an Engineering Manager and a Product Designer to drive discovery, experimentation, and delivery.
• Champion the customer perspective by translating usage data, support signals, and direct engagement into clear, actionable product decisions.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement: think big, ship iteratively, and learn fast.
