Production Lead I - 2nd Shift

Role Overview

The Production Lead I - 2nd Shift will oversee pre-op and/or tear down, coordinate lines set-up, and lead continuous improvement plant wide. They will be responsible for training and directing 12-40 employees, and will have excellent communication skills and be very approachable.

What You Will Do

The Production Lead I - 2nd Shift will review production issues, production schedule orders, and product specifications, and work with other departments to prevent downtime. They will also be responsible for specification compliance, documentation, and legible record keeping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Three to six months related work experience and/or training
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English
• Bilingual capability is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
