Production Supervisor- 2nd Shift

Role Overview

Responsible for all production and packaging activities on the 2nd shift, supervising a team of 100+ employees, and ensuring quality products with efficient use of labor and materials.

What You Will Do

Supervise employees, direct production operations, control raw material formula consistency, monitor inventory rotation, and maintain a 5S environment. Review production orders, plan operations, and resolve operational problems.

Requirements

• Two-year college degree in business or related field
• Three to five years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications, SAP, and Kronos timekeeping system
• Excellent communication, conflict management, decision-making, motivational, and organizational skills
• Strong self-confidence and leadership skills
• Basic mechanical skills
