Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift

Role Overview

The Production Supervisor will provide leadership and direction to the Production Department, focusing on safety, process efficiency, and continuous improvement. The role involves supervising team members, ensuring safe work conditions, and improving team performance. The supervisor will work in a state-of-the-art facility with a strong team-oriented culture.

What You Will Do

Provide direct supervision and motivation to team members, ensure safe work conditions, improve team member performance, and oversee quality production. Train team members, instruct them on IPM and GMP, and work with other team leaders on continuous improvement projects.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidate has 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, strong team building and training skills, and knowledge of continuous improvement tools. Must be able to work assigned hours, including overtime, and demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma required, BA, BS or AS degree preferred
• 2 or more years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong team building and training skill set
• Understanding and utilization of continuous improvement tools
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, HACCP, and Food GMPs
• ERP system experience, preferably SAP
• Ability to work assigned hours, including overtime
