Training Lead I - 3rd Shift

Role Overview

Aid the supervisor in providing a safe work environment for line associates while producing a quality product for customers using cost-saving practices and efficiencies with minimal waste.

What You Will Do

Oversee pre-op and/or tear down, coordinate lines set-up, review production issues, and lead continuous improvement plant wide.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Three to six months related work experience and/or training
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English
• Bilingual capability is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
