
Job description
The Consulting Manager for Workday Time Tracking & Absence will lead teams in delivering complex, high-impact implementations and system optimizations. This role requires functional mastery of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, strong project leadership, and the ability to manage both client relationships and cross-functional consulting teams.
Manage the successful execution of complex Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management projects, act as a strategic advisor to senior client executives, lead consulting teams, and oversee engagement governance.
The ideal candidate excels at translating operational, compliance, and workforce scheduling requirements into scalable, best-practice Workday configurations, and has strong leadership, strategic insight, and hands-on experience with Workday Time and Absence solutions.
