Senior Consultant - Workday Payroll

Role Overview

Makse Group is a consulting firm that empowers clients with Workday solutions to transform their businesses. We're looking for a Senior Consultant with 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, specializing in Workday Payroll, to deliver high-quality implementations, optimizations, and support for our clients.

What You Will Do

Configure and implement Workday Payroll solutions, collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design payroll processes, support payroll-related integrations, execute configuration for core payroll elements, conduct and support payroll testing, troubleshoot payroll issues, and collaborate with other functional areas.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a strong focus on Payroll
• Demonstrated experience in configuring, testing, and deploying Workday Payroll solutions
• Workday Payroll Certification Preferred
• Knowledge of payroll compliance, tax processing, garnishments, retroactivity, and off-cycle payroll processing
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in payroll configuration and testing
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on project teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
