The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for accurately assessing market dynamics and customer needs within the assigned region, and for developing, executing, and managing regional sales plans and MR activity plans (GROWS plans) aligned with the national sales strategy. As a playing manager, the RSM will directly manage key accounts while leading, coaching, and developing MRs to elevate team performance and contribute to achieving both regional and national sales targets.
