Role Overview

The Valuation Services Manager will perform reviews of third-party appraisals, plan the scope of work for valuation engagements, and oversee day-to-day activities. They will also manage client relationships, consult with clients, and prepare valuation reports.

Requirements

• Valuation or relevant accreditation required
• 5+ years experience in valuation
• Experience in valuations of intangible assets
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and tax-related valuations
• Self-motivated with research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and oversee multiple, concurrent valuation engagements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical financial modeling skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
