Join Malvern Panalytical as a Customer Support Engineer in a high-tech world with a strong focus on innovation. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our systems, managing our systems on site and acting as the main interface between Malvern Panalytical and our customers at the highest level of customer support.
Installation, maintenance, and repair of analysis instruments, efficient analysis of disturbances, configuration of computer systems and software, solving customer problems within the framework of team and company KPIs.
