
Job description
The Technical (Service) Support Engineer XRF will support our global customer support organization from a technical point of view with training courses, service documentation and 3rd line technical support. The role will lead customer support activities in development projects and secure deliverables with regard to serviceability and reliability.
Lead customer support activities in development projects, secure deliverables, provide 3rd line support, develop and execute training courses, and support Lean / Six Sigma within the customer support process.
The ideal candidate will have an affinity with Internet Of Things (IoT) related products, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Physics. Experience in a high-tech environment and willingness to travel are also required.
