
Job description
The Fund Administration team supports the operational governance of Man's 300+ fund entities across several focused sub-teams. This role offers structured training and mentorship, developing a comprehensive understanding of fund operations, governance, and operating frameworks. The role requires close collaboration with international colleagues, global stakeholders, and external service providers.
Responsibilities will broadly cover work on some, but not necessarily all, of the following areas: Service Provider Management, Governance & Oversight Support, New Business & Change Management, Commercial Oversight, Fund Liquidations, Operations Business Management, Client Operations (COPS) & Fund Financial Reporting (FFR) Support.
This role is suited to a recent graduate or someone early in their career. Some prior exposure to operations, accounting, or financial services is advantageous but not essential. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory to engage confidently with international stakeholders at all levels.
