Tech Support Apprentice

The Tech Support Apprentice will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and stability of various systems across the business, monitoring critical systems, anticipating and resolving issues, and providing user-focused experience.

• First point of contact for Tech Support function
• Resolving and troubleshooting queries
