Accounting Manager

Role Overview

The Chief Accountant is responsible for overseeing all accounting-related matters of the company, including preparing financial reports, tax declarations, handling receivables & payables, and other mandatory reports. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of all financial information and supports the Management Team on all accounting-related issues.

What You Will Do

Manage and control the internal accounting system, guide and train accounting staff, supervise all accounting operations, review and reconcile documents, accounting books, and VAT invoices, establish and maintain accounting processes and policies, contribute to the design of an internal control system, and stay up to date with tax, accounting, and financial regulations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have 5–8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years as Chief Accountant or in a similar role, possession of a Chief Accountant Certificate, strong knowledge of VAS and Vietnamese tax regulations, familiarity with ERP/Accounting software, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
