Job Description
Managed Solution is a leading IT service provider seeking a Strategic Technical Account Manager to ensure the successful delivery of services to a portfolio of clients. The role involves building operational strategies, training team members, and overseeing daily work for direct reports. The position requires strong leadership, customer service, and technical skills in managing complex IT environments.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelorâs degree in computer science or related field, plus 10+ years of IT experience
- Prior experience in an outsourced IT services provider (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and operational support to clients and team members
- Strong organizational and technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills (preferred)
