We are seeking a Manager of Strategic Growth- Consulting to assist in the creation and implementation of the annual strategic growth plan, including providing leadership and vision for the recruiting/sourcing strategy and approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven experience recruiting within a professional services consulting environment
• Experience interfacing with leaders and hiring managers regarding recruitment
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing of candidates
• Experience managing and mentoring others
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
