We are seeking a Manager of Strategic Growth- Consulting to assist in the creation and implementation of the annual strategic growth plan, including providing leadership and vision for the recruiting/sourcing strategy and approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of recruiting experience
- Proven experience recruiting within a professional services consulting environment
- Experience interfacing with leaders and hiring managers regarding recruitment
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing of candidates
- Experience managing and mentoring others
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
