Helpdesk Support Technician

Mandarich Law Group, LLP is hiring a Helpdesk Support Technician to provide technical support via phone, email, and walk-ups, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of IT support experience
• Strong communication skills
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Associate degree or IT certifications
• Experience with Virtualization technologies
• Experience supporting remote users or working in a legal or professional services environment
