IT Manager

Role Overview

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the technology systems that support Mango Cannabis’s retail stores, corporate teams, and day-to-day operations across multiple states. This role manages core business systems including Dutchie, hardware and software support, network performance, system access, cybersecurity, and technology vendors.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary administrator for Dutchie and other business-critical systems, manage integrations between retail, finance, marketing, inventory, and operational platforms, oversee user account creation, permissions, system access, and offboarding across company platforms, and provide day-to-day troubleshooting and support for store and corporate hardware.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience
• 2+ years of leadership, project management, or vendor management experience
• Experience supporting multiple locations or distributed work environments
• Strong experience troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and systems-related issues
• Experience managing user access, permissions, system implementations, and technology vendors
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, system security, and data protection protocols
