Requirements

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making
• Commmensurate experience and education
• Experience in Customer Service; experience using Microsoft 365 productivity tools
