Requirements

• Provide technical analysis and guidance on all aspects of application development, integration, and consolidation
• Architect and design modernized, efficient applications as legacy applications retire
• Develop and guide implementation of a modern data architecture
• Provide technical guidance on application implementation, documentation, and sustainment
• Facilitate and participate in business and IT alignment through stakeholder collaboration
• Manage, rationalize, and optimize the Sponsor’s business system, application, data, and information technology architecture
