Requirements

• Manage and direct daily operations of regional business units, overseeing multiple departments and administrative functions
• Monitor performance of subordinate teams and implement organizational policies to achieve operational goals
• Develop and manage regional budgets while coordinating allocation of resources to support various mission-critical activities
• Lead coordination of cross-functional hub leadership teams to resolve critical operational bottlenecks affecting theater-wide readiness
