MANTECH International Corporation seeks a motivated, career and customer orientated Site Security Manager to join its team. The position will work from a government facility in Manila, Philippines, and is responsible for managing the security posture, developing the Construction Security Plan, and overseeing the deployment of security systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial or government construction
- Proven experience managing and successfully completing projects for cleared government or defense facilities
- Demonstrable experience in SCIF construction and renovation, with a deep understanding of security accreditation processes
- Experience with the installation and oversight of network technology and telecommunications infrastructure in a new construction environment
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally and manage projects in diverse global locations
- Dual-Jurisdiction Building Code Mastery
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Certified Construction Manager (CRM) or a relevant professional certification
