Workday HCM Business Analyst

The Workday HCM Business Analyst will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the organization's human capital management infrastructure, to include configuring system settings, responding to/implementing/documenting business processes, and completing required functional tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources Information Systems or Functional Analysis
• Significant experience navigating Workday configuration and business process frameworks, especially as it relates to the Recruiting module
• Experience working across a large team to drive a digital transformation agenda and working with complex, intertwined data flows
• Experience inventorying complex business processes and maintaining functional documentation for system compliance and patching
• Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex information technology documentation, particularly regarding HR system architecture
