Senior Web3 Full Stack Developer

MANTRA is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain purpose-built for real-world assets, with native support for regulatory compliance. We're looking for a Senior Web3 Full Stack Developer to join our team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in high-performance, high-stakes environments
• Polyglot expertise in Rust, TypeScript/Node.js, and Subgraphs
• Proven experience building and scaling complex applications using Next.js and Cloudflare Workers
• Experience shipping and securing production-grade smart contracts in Solidity or CosmWasm
• Expert-level understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architecture
• Strong blockchain knowledge, including nodes, consensus mechanisms, web3 wallets, and dapp development
